We just returned from the Big Cow Sprint triathlon in Olney and I'm pleased with the results. At this moment I'm feeling a little bit too tired to write up a whole race report but I will in the next 24 hours. 

In summary I ended up 3 minutes worse then expected in 1:28, the official times are not published yet and I'm fearing that my bike and run results are not recorded.  I was out of course on the swim, the bike ride was good but very wet and windy and the run was tough.
